COD Policy

   1.1 Orders above INR 3,499: Customers placing an order with a total value of INR 3,499 or more will have the COD option available for all clothing items, excluding carpets and leather goods.
   1.2 Orders below INR 3,499: Customers placing an order with a total value below INR 3,499 will be required to pay 10% of the bill amount at the time of order placement, regardless of the item category.
2. COD Exclusions:
   Please note that the COD option is not available for carpets and leather goods, regardless of the order value. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and recommend choosing an alternative payment method for these specific items.
3. Payment Process:
   3.1 COD Orders above INR 3,499: Customers selecting the COD option for eligible clothing items will not be required to make any advance payment. The full order amount can be paid in cash at the time of delivery.
   3.2 Orders below INR 3,499: Customers placing an order with a total value below INR 3,499 will need to pay 10% of the bill amount at the time of order placement. The remaining amount can be paid through our secure online payment options.
4. Order Verification:
   4.1 For COD orders, our customer support team may contact you to verify your order details before dispatching the products. This is done to ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery process.
   4.2 It is important to provide accurate contact information during the order placement to facilitate the verification process and avoid any unnecessary delays.
5. Order Cancellation:
   5.1 COD Orders above INR 3,499: If you wish to cancel a COD order above INR 3,499, please inform our customer support team at the earliest. Failure to accept the COD order upon delivery may result in restrictions on future COD orders.
   5.2 Orders below INR 3,499: Orders with partial payment made at the time of order placement cannot be canceled. However, you may contact our customer support team for further assistance.
